ABOUT

UX is a problem-solving discipline that helps teams understand user's problems and design software and products that solve those problems. Since joining Adobe's research team, I have truly enjoyed being an “advocate for the user” in building the empathy and understanding needed to create better products. 

 

Working for a large enterprise company, my approach to research is evidence-based and practical. Teams often need feedback quickly and studies with multiple iterations supply them the feedback they need when they need it.  With iterative testing, the customer stays the focus throughout the whole process. Practicing research in this way informs the design process, saves money, and leads to solutions that are efficient, effective, and satisfying.

Led end-to-end mixed method research studies that supported product teams with user feedback to improve the user experience of Adobe Experience Cloud products. Methods include: usability studies, surveys, interviews, A/B testing, and unmoderated benchmarks.
